Joshua Duboff is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of The Sports Business Exchange. His interest in creating a journal for young sports business professionals began back to the completion of his college thesis paper. Duboff is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he received a degree in Sport Management and a degree in Political Science. During his time at the University of Massachusetts, Duboff worked as an assistant for the Men’s Hockey team and served as the school’s mascot, Sam the Minuteman. During his tenure as mascot, Duboff received many accolades including being named to the Capital One All American Mascot Team, Playboy.com Mascot of the Month, and finishing in the top 10 several times at the National Cheerleading Association Mascot Nationals. Upon his unveiling as the mascot, the University of Massachusetts Minuteman Marching Band made Duboff a Honorary Band Member.
Professionally, Duboff focuses his efforts on sports marketing and sponsorship with a focus in college athletics. He has previously held positions with a broad spectrum of companies and has worked with many major clients. He is also involved in social media. Duboff currently resides in New York City.
